Sales Restrictions
Anyone who violates the provisions regarding vending machines is guilty of an offense and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term of 12 months or to both. In instances where the offense continues after conviction, the individual is subject to a fine of $200 each day or part of the day that the offense continues.
Location-based Sales Restrictions
Tobacco sales are not restricted by location; therefore, there are no associated penalties.
Minimum Retail Package Size
The law does not regulate the minimum size of tobacco product packages; therefore, there are no associated penalties.
Minimum Legal Sales Age
