Central Executive Health Care Agency
The law requires manufacturers and importers of tobacco products to report annually on ingredients and emissions of tobacco products.
The law aligns with FCTC Art. 10 and the FCTC Arts. 9 & 10 Partial Guidelines in that it requires disclosure by manufacturers and importers to government authorities of information on the contents and/or ingredients used in the manufacture of their cigarettes.

The law requires manufacturers and importers of tobacco products to report annually to the central executive body on ingredients and emissions of tobacco products.

Disclosed information readily available to the public
Central Executive Health Care Agency
The law requires the Central Executive Health Care Agency to publish annually, and to inform the public via the media, lists of ingredients and substances contained in tobacco products and substances released in tobacco product smoke.
The law aligns with FCTC Art. 10 and the Partial Guidelines for Implementation of Articles 9 and 10 in that it requires disclosed information to be made readily available to the public. To more fully align, the law should ensure that this disclosed information is made available in a meaningful format.
